- You also have to count in the cost of the $1.5 billion fabrication line,
- which you are going to need several of. Then you have to going to have to
- set up all your tech around this line so that you get above the 80% yield
- necessary to turn a profit. Then you have to start saving for the next
- set of fabs for next gen chips, and begin research/design on said chips.

- It's an expensive buisness! Thats why most chip "manufacturers" contract out
- to IBM (big stuff) or Motorola (little stuff), or just buy the things from
- Intel.
